As a department we hope to create a safe learning environment in which students can express themselves through the medium of Dance. In Dance students learn to express their ideas through movement through the acquisition of physical and interpretative skills. As one of the major art forms, its intrinsic value lies in the possibilities it offers for the development of students creative, physical, emotional and intellectual capacities.
