Media 
At Sir William Ramsay School students have the option to study Media at Key Stage 4 and 5 as an option. They will explore the important influence that the Media industry has on all our lives. By equipping students with Media knowledge and skills we are preparing them to harness a tool that is quickly becoming a central aspect of our society and culture.
During the courses students will study a variety of media texts and gain a variety of media skills. From Moving Image to Publishing, to helping them investigate, compare, comment and develop relevant industry standard media skills. Throughout the course students will investigate the purpose of media products and how they are designed to engage with specific audiences. They will also design, create and develop a variety of media products.
